Dr. Joshua J. Kruse, DC


Dr. Joshua Kruse is a native of Sioux City. He graduated from East High School and majored in Biology with a minor in Anatomy and Physiology while attending Colorado State University. He then transferred to Northwestern Health Sciences University where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.

Dr. Kruse has been helping patients with chiropractic care since 2006. He was practicing in Hopkins, MN for the last 7 years. He has developed techniques that have been successful in helping people with chronic low back pain, disc herniation, headaches, injuries from car accidents, sciatica, sports injuries, carpel tunnel and neck pain.

Dr Joshua Kruse enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, hunting, bicycling, snowboarding, and golfing. He and his wife, Kathryn, are excited to be in the Siouxland area.

Dr. Grant M. Nobles, DC

Dr. Grant Nobles is a native of Holstein, IA.  He graduated from Galva-Holstein High School in 2005 and then majored in Health Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurial Management from The University of Iowa in 2009.  He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2012, where he served as president of his graduating class.

Upon graduating he came back home, accepting a position with his mentor Dr. Jamie Whitmer at Whitmer Spine and Sports from 2012-2017 in Holstein and Sergeant Bluff where he served as co-team sports chiropractor for Ridgeview High School athletics along with treating numerous Morningside Track and Cross-Country athletes.

In 2017, he chased the city lights of Minneapolis joining a hospital-based chiropractic franchise.  This opportunity allowed Dr. Nobles to work with other health care professionals in the co-management in the health care plan of patients with back and neck pain.

In October he accepted the opportunity to come back home and join the Kruse Chiropractic team in Dakota Dunes and looks forward to sharing his passion in alternative health care as well as forming great relationships with the medical community.

Outside of the clinic you’ll find Dr. Nobles enjoying outdoor activities such as golfing, biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding, getting involved with social events in the community, and watching his beloved Iowa Hawkeyes and Minnesota Vikings.

Tom Waage, LMT


Tom Waage, LMT has been providing massage services over the last 4 years in Vermillion, SD area. Tom’s desire to help patients feel better and be as active as they desire started when his experience with massage helped to prevent surgery.

Tom attended the Bio­Chi institute  in Sioux City, IA. His specialty is in providing A.R.T. services. He has additional training in muscle tendon relocation (MTR), deep tissue, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching (PNF) and active assisted stretching.
